This place has gone downhill quickly. Besides always having a super long wait the fries are always bad. Recently, my daughter witnessed a man preparing the food put his hand down the back of his pants and scratch his rear and then continue to make orders.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich a cheeseburger medium fries and large lemonade. I wanted to use my app coupons for free fries with any purchase and free large drink with any purchase. Lilly assuming she was a manager said even though the register took off both. I can only use one per purchase. I explained no I cant use the "same" one twice however I can use more than one. James the shift manager did not intervene to help. One person doesn't matter but I am putting this same review online and social media. I will go to McDonald's not EVER this one at 2221 Grand in Fort Smith Arkansas

The chicken used in the salad was hard and totally NOT FRESH!! Looks like it was re-fried or something. This isn't the first time either. After a long day of work you go to McDonald's because you expect a consistency of quality, but after leaving the drive through and finally getting the chance to eat, you find out that your meal is not even edible. Disappointed and angry. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been too.

I'VE ALWAYS LOVED MCDONALD'S,AS OUR GRANDCHILDREN WERE GROWING UP IT WAS OUR GO TO..WE HAVE SWITCHED TO BURGER KING BECAUSE THE FOOD IS GOOD,HOT,FRESH AND COST LESS THAN MCDONALD'S..PEACE TO ALL..✌
