Seeing de good reviews & being on my list for providers "currently" accepting new patient's & being not close but close enough I opted to call. De female answering phones was quite rude besides nosey. She had a distasteful tone of voice to tell me they are not accepting new patients but then asked if I have Medicaid in de same sentence & when I answered her that I do have a form of medicaid she interrupted me to tell me that they do not accept medicaid but I was trying to tell her I had a different plan for de dentist which doesn't matter she was just fishing in my personal business because she already told me they're not taking new patients. Since she wanted to be a busy body & chit chat on de phone I asked her if they had a schedule opened that they maybe taking new patients in for example 3 months or 6 or something (because they're on my list for accepting new patients currently & are not) she acted a bit lost from de world much less a schedule. She should not be rude or nosey. That's de first sign of a bad business. Good service comes from something genuine inside de care providers & this place does not have it. De only reason I did not give 1 star instead of 2 is because I am not actually a patient but could have potentially been. All she had to do was tell me that they are not taking new patients. Not asking anyone to treat me particularly sweet to turn me away but without getting in my business & without de rotten attitude would've been kindly respectful.

Love this guy! Took me a little while to find one in town I could stand, and this guy is straightforward and really a good guy. His team is so sweet, and they are great with staying on schedule.
