The BEST Kosher style deli in the DFW . The service is top notch . From the owner down to the loyal friendly staff. If there were more stars... I would give them more.

First time and I tried the hot dogs. Hot dogs are a bit over priced. They need major remodeling, change is good. It would make the store look good and fit the price.

I've been going to Carshon's since the 1950's. Always wonderful food and service is efficient. To my knowledge, there are only 2 worthy deli's in DFW. The other one is in Dallas and also not a chain.

This was only my first time to visit Carshon's Delicatessen, so that is why I'm only giving three stars right now. I decided to try something I knew and something I didn't comma so I got an egg salad sandwich which I have had before and chopped liver which I had not had before. The egg sandwich was as good as I thought it was going to be but the chopped liver... Let's just say I couldn't finish it. I am sure, however, that it is not the restaurants fault just that I guess I don't like liver. It seemed like a really nice cozy little place though and I will be back.
