My girlfriend ordered a medium cooked steak. It came out medium-rare to rare. They took it back and cooked it past well done. It was so tough she couldn't eat it. They didn't offer to replace it or offer a discount. The the waitress offered to let her get something off the food bar. No one from management ever came to the table. I will not eat at this location again.

Service was pretty good. The thick Ribeye was surprisingly good for the level of "steak house" this is. Had to send it back because it was rare, not med-rare but that wasn't too bad. The salad bar was ok and the buffet seemed fine. All in all it's about what you'd expect at this price point.

Went to the one on townson on Thursday night. I gave them a 3, only because they have put new items on the salad bar from the last time I was there and the waitress was very friendly. The people cooking was very unprofessional. They didn't have BBQ ribs and the some of the food that they had on the food bar wasn't what it used to be in flavor. I won't go back to that one. They use to have good bake potatoes but not that night. It was blah and still was hard some hardness to it. I will go back too the one on Rogers Ave. We were on that side of town and decided to try it again. But we won't anymore.

Very clean place, buffet bar was kept clean as well as fresh the entire time we were there eating, and the server kept our table clean from dirty empty plates and full drinks at all times.
Definitely a place to eat at again when we're back in the area.
I do recommend this restaurant to everyone who loves to have a good meal in a clean atmosphere with excellent food as well as the best service you can have. And their shrimp on the stick is delicious too.
