Horrible!!! The lady Nicole has a nasty attitude! She will never answer your calls or texts! Also forget about your deposit because she will charge for things that you are not responsible for as well as time you already were moved out to even try and charge you for! Don't pay for anything out of your own $ either because you will not get it back!!! All around shady lady and unprofessional!!! Cape Coral office will definitely be a NO AND WILL NEVER TELL ANYONE GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM

From the first time I spoke with Joanna C with Realty Story we have had an awesome experience. Joanna has always been quick to respond to and calls or text for questions. From the day she showed us the home till the day we signed our lease she was wonderful. We are looking forward to re-signing our lease for a second year. When we are ready to buy I will stay with Joanna. I know she will always do her best.

I am a previous tenant with my realty story they have a great knowledgeable staff, Emely Rodriquez is the best and my go to... 110% of questions always answered in a timely manner alway very respectful and kind.
