Hello and thankyou for a great vacation!
It was a very peaceful location.
We meet Anne who was most pleasant and helpful.
The other staff who I had conversations with ( e-mail/phone calls) were equally pleasant and professional.
We will certainly be using this company again!
Only complaint was some glass on the pool deck and the BBQ scrubber had no bristles........but that is me really digging deep for any complaints.
Lovely house and staff.
Professional, yet friendly and accommodating staff who understand it's your vacation .
Cannot praise you guys enough and feel bad for pointing out 2 minor minor bad points.

Thank you so much for make ready for us this beautiful home Villa Leila just exactly right after the Hurricane Irma left the area!
We have amazing one week ,just its too short;)
The house its beautiful and more than comfortable, exactly just like in the pictures;)
The pool and the spa big enough ,nice the patio and the dock area too!
There is everything which need for stay even longer period!
The service is perfect and even if I call or emailed I got a fast response for any of my questions!
We will defenatly go back to this vacation home !
I recommended everyone who want a confortable, so nice ,perfect home for stay their vacation!

We had a fantastic vacation. The home was absolutely beautiful and was perfect for my family. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. We had one maintenance issue and that was taken care of immediately. I would absolutely stay at this home again. Very clean and functional. The pool and dock were awesome.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Michelle's Inn! We were all very impressed by the amenities and the cleanliness of the home. It didn't take long for us to settle right in and we didn't want to leave when our time was over! I would definitely book this home again! Thank you for keeping us well informed and making our vacation relaxed and enjoyable!

Thank goodness I found SWFL Real Estate Services. I needed a house at the last minute, with only two weeks notice, in the middle of March (peak season) and they took care of me! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa Luisa. Pricing was very reasonable. The house was spacious, comfortable and clean. Just what we needed! When we requested to have the pool cleaned, it was taken care of the very next day! They were so accommodating with our schedule and took care of business very promptly. Their customer service was top notch! (Shout-out to Jessica for being SO helpful) They are definitely highly recommended! They are #1 on my list the next time I need accommodations in the Cape Coral area. I am also very grateful to the home owners. They're flexibility contributed greatly in our enjoying our daughter's wedding. Thanks again!
