I have been at this establishment multiple times, the first couple were great experiences. Was assisted by a woman with blonde hair that gave me great service and was very kind, the other times by a man with brown hair and tattoos, both were very good experiences. However, the last couple of times I've been here I was assisted by a man in his about 40's. He was very rude and disrespectful to a customer in front of me who had a hard time speaking English. I was appalled when he then proceeded to spit what looked like chewing tobacco into a cup then put the cup under the counter. I WILL NEVER eat at this establishment when this gentleman is here due to this, as well as the fact that I watched him squish what seemed like a bug on the wall, and then proceed to help a customer, WITHOUT washing his hands in between. You'd get a 5 stars from me, any other time, but if he's there, I refuse to visit this establishment.

I was a little disappointed in the customer service I received today when they were falsely advertising the price of there combo deal. Two slices with a drink for $8.30 they tried to change me an extra $2.50 for toppings and no where did it say that they would do that. I know it seems small but as a customer I shouldn't be charged extra fees at the register, they did fix it though after I said it wasn't right. The pizza ended up not being very good either I won't be going there again.
