Pollo, pollo, pollo.. what can I say, it's pretty good, specially with that yellow sauce. If you get a chance try the soup it's very good. They have been here for about 10 years now.

Slowest staff I've ever encountered. I waited 10 minutes at the register with no one in line to even order with multiple employees passing me then another 15 minutes just to get food. Please re-evaluate staffing decisions.

kid on drive-thru window gave me attitude roll his eyes up, he was expecting me to know the menu as good as he does

We were told by the honor that the restaurant would open next day after 4pm and it did not. After a hurricane people are distraught and looking for food. Lying to customers IA not a good thing. Days later we went by answered told everything was back to normal. We waited a couple hrs and when they finally opened there was nothing on the menu except chicken breast, brown or white rice with beans. Again you should just be straight forward with your customers. Honesty goes a long ways.

Let me start by saying i think 3 stars is being gracious. The chicken was good but nothing special at all. Beans are hot but lack flavor. Rice is... Rice. The bread rolls came out cold and hard. The only thing I can say I enjoyed here was the guava cheesecake. Service is rude, but fast.
