Very clean, quick, and the nurses and doctors are amazing with my children! They make them feel comfortable and talk to them like they would talk to us. Even my shy child felt comfortable with them!

No one was in the lobby. They couldn't have been less busy. Medical assistant rushed triage. Waited in the room for over an hour. Walked out and had my money refunded. Asked for HR phone number. I was only provided with an office mangers number. The office manager did not answer. I left a message and haven't received a call back. I expected better treatment from this facility. Go to another urgent care. It's faster and cheaper

I went to the Cape Coral facility on 4/3/17. It was very modern and clean. The wait was short. Dr, Wright and staff were very pleasant and professional. I would not hesitate to go there again if needed. Thank you.
