It's hard for me not to give Subway five stars, but when you don't have friendly service, it is a turnoff for me. Luckily, the food quality made up for it, but from personal restaurant experience, managers yelling at crew members don't help and it creates a distracting environment for the customer. Even for a high rating, I probably won't be back at this location.
