I don't like seafood, but my wife does so we eat here every once in a while. The options are very limited beyond the seafood. The steak I had was an average cut and cooked past my ordered temp. But my wife loved her shrimp.

We have enjoyed this location for the past 20+ years, but service has really slipped over the past few years. Having to wait 30 minutes when there were visibly many empty tables is frustrating then informed that the wait staff can only have 4 tables at a time. That is crazy especially since there are also food servers and bus staff helping out. Waited 15 min at bar before acknowledged. Once seated dinner took quite awhile to arrive. Before were finished with dinner, a staff person began carpet sweeping the floor right in front of and next to our table, which I feel is very rude. Not only swirling up the dust and dirt from the days business but made it feel like they were trying to rush us out so they could close. We left around 8pm. What was supposed to be a special night was disappointing. Food was ok. Best part was the biscuits.

Went to dinner to enjoy Shrimp fest. The food was very good & cooked to perfection, however, the customer service was OUTSTANDING due to Hayden! He is an excellent waiter and an asset to Red Lobster. Thank you Hayden for making our experience so enjoyable. Good luck & many blessings in your future endeavors!

I had never been here before but my wife really wanted to go for our anniversary so we went. Not disappointed! Very good food and the service was awesome! Our waiter, I think his name is Brad, asked if we were there on any special occasion and when we told him it was for our first wedding anniversary, he gave us a free dessert of our choice! Just great place to eat no matter the occasion.
