My daughter and I both brought in photos of color we wanted. Both got told wouldn't be a problem. Neither one of us got the colors we wanted. My photo showed the cut I wanted. Told me my hair would be a little shorter but wouldn't be a problem. Butchered the back of my head with thinning shears - feels like nothing but split ends... cut it so short nothing can be done with it. $367 for garbage that can't be fixed without further ruining our hair. Their solution? We will give you back the $30 for your haircut, dye your hair again and give you coupons for a free haircut. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!

Great stylist. Ask for Brenda, she only works on Fridays but she is outstanding.
