We rented a car from here because it was the cheapest. We found out why it was the cheapest. The customer service is absolutely terrible. The people that work here are ghetto looking and so is the business.
We came to pick up the car at 11 and they said it was on the way here from the airport and didn't know how long it would take. It came at 1130 and then we had to wait another half hour before being able to leave. The car was older and smelled bad. When we kept asking how much longer it was going to take, the woman behind the counter just shrugged her shoulders and walked away.
Do not rent from them. There are plenty of other places in Fayetteville

Terrible!!! I called the main number on 2-10-17 to set up a corporate account. The customer service agent was wonderful. Gave me a great discount. I got to Avis this morning to pick up the vehicle and was told NO they would not honor the discount given. The agent at the counter told me the customer service girl was a "scam artist". So I agreed to pay the higher price. Got into the vehicle I was assigned to. The vehicle was FILTHY, the console was broken and would not close, the tire pressure light came on, the check engine light came on, the temp light came on. When I went right back in to tell her she made all kind of excuses as to why the lights were coming on. I told her I did not feel comfortable driving the vehicle. She told me she had no other vehicles at the time. (There were 3 other vehicles parked in spots numbered for Avis). She "tried" to call their other location but they were not answering the phone. I was told to come back after 4 because another vehicle would be in at that time. I left the location and left the vehicle there. I called back and cancelled the entire rental. Went to Enterprise down the street and rented a nicer vehicle for $18 less!! Will never go back to this Avis location!!

This company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I made one reservation, which they lost so they made a new one for me, at the wrong location then wanted to charge me to switch it. Mind you they had the name wrong and I never received any confirmation. They let me prepay and when I called back to get a confirmation they had canceled my reservation again but had taken my money. THEN they told me I couldn't use a debit card to pay for my rental (AFTER my debit card is already charged) and when I asked to speak to the manager the very rude associate (I had already been transferred 5 different times) corrected me with"Its not a manager its a supervisor and he obviously uses the same system as I do" This ended with me having to cancel my reservation and now its going to take a week to get my money back when it took them less then 10 minutes to take it away. They were rude and not anywhere close to helpful.

This car rental is EXCELLENT N MY BOOK THE LADIES THERE ARE SO HELPFUL AN UNDERSTANDING AN MOST OF ALL THEY SWEET AN KIND. THE LADIES THERE GIVES ME THE LATEST AN THE GREATEST CAR RENTAL SERVICES ON TOP OF THE WORLD! I WILL B GOING BCK TO THEM CAUSE THEY R TRULY APPRECIATE AN THEY HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I REALLY LOVE. THANKS AVIS U TRULY ROCK!
