Service is very poor. After 15mins waitress came with salad and dropped the bread sticks. Finished salad and beverage. No waitress for another what seemed like 15mins. She finally came back and ordered another salad and bread sticks. Finally brought back salad but no bread sticks. After 10 mins she brought bread sticks. No beverage refills yet. Waited another 18 mins for food. My daughters order was wrong. She rushed off after putting food on the table. Didn't ask if we wanted Cheese. After 10 mins trying to get the waitress attention. We asked another waitress to get our waitress. I guess she never did. Our waitress came back after 20mins. We told her the order was wrong. I expected her to take the cold dinner back and come back with a hot new dinner, but all she did was come back with some grilled chicken, which they forgot to put in the Chicken Alfredo. She asked if my daughter wanted Cheese on her cold dinner. She said yes, but she left again without putting cheese on. She later came back, my husband said angry..did you put cheese on. She said oh..do you want cheese. I had chicken flatbread pizza. But my daughter was hungry I let her eat my pizza. So all I had was salad. The service was not good at all!!!! Feeling angry!

The manager and other staff need to work on their customer service. I had lunch with my parents there and had a bad experience and when I asked for the manager she was no where around until I was leaving and I had to ask and search for her is when she finally appeared. Her lack of empathy and avoidance made my dining experience there awful.
