I hate giving them one star because the staff and everyone else are awesome. I gave it a one star because their is an orthodontist by the name of C. Melbern Dunn. He is the meanest, cruelest, unprofessional SOB of a human being. I have no idea why anyone would hire him? He has forever dramatized my son. My son was petrified of him and he cried every time we had an appointment with him. He has no personality, no feeling for his patience and he talks down to you like you are an idiot. He threatened my son & told him that if he didn't grow up that he wasn't going to be his orthodontist. And that's exactly what he did in the middle of my son's appointment because my son was having an anxiety attack. He got up and he huffed and he puffed and said... you need to find a different orthodontist because I can't deal with you anymore.

They make going to the less terrifying. The staff is friendly from the front desk to the assistant to hygienist to the dentist to billing.

Staff is always friendly and help make you feel relaxed. They are great with my kids and very accommodating with our hectic schedule. Highly recommend.
