Jesse was extremely helpful when i called with an online problem and she could not have been sweeter! I often hate calling people over the phone because of the poor customer service that seems to be a trend nowadays, but Jesse could not have been more amazing!

Love this place. If I could give more stars I would! We have 2 dogs, and two cats currently. Unfortunately we did have to put a dog down a few years ago I felt like a part of the family!

Our dog (Olive) and cat (Malcolm) have been patients at the West Side Pet Hospital for years. No matter their malady, the staff has always been attentive and caring. Dr. Marlo is especially devoted to the needs of our furry family members. We also trust Tracy at Paw's Inn with Olive's grooming appointments. Olive can be very nervous in new environments and around people she doesn't know. Tracy is very patient and Olive always looks amazing when we pick her up! Thank you for keeping our best friends happy, healthy, and looking sharp!
