Food took a while to get out due to only 2 employees working to make 20 meals.. Got 2 pick twos and the sandwiches were messed up and bread was soggy, wrong size soup cups, and wrong bread given. We were also a bit overcharged. My soup tasted like some components were raw as well! On the plus side the French bread is pretty good and the building was clean. Down side: Soggy/Wrong order/Slow Service -- Usually not this bad hence the 3 star and not lower. -- For people wondering prices expect $10 a person not including drinks

For an area that doesn't have tons of unique options, Zoup! was a welcome addition. My personal favorite is the chicken pot pie soup with cornbread crumbled on the top. They also have delicious breads and sandwiches.

We ordered soup and a sandwich. Mine was fine but after pulling 3 long hairs out of my friends tuna salad, it was a bit much. We also witnessed two people coming in and going directly behind the counter where food prep was being done. They obvious didn't work there. That struck us as odd. Because of the hairs in the food, probably will not return which disappointed us. Thought we had found a healthy alternative.

Friendly staff. They were knowledgeable about their menu items. Food was great and they let you sample the soup before you decide. The price was a little more them I was expecting. I had a half sandwich soup combo with a drink for around $15 bucks but it was good.
