We are visiting from Nashville. I have not eaten at an Old Chicago since moving from Idaho. I was sdo excited to eat there. Unfortunately my pizza was cold, doughy and not cooked all the way. Total bummer.

When we went in, there was a number of things that went wrong. The whole place was not very busy, however our food took 38 minutes to come out. I ordered what was supposed to be a baconburger which is where the bacon is ground up with the hamburger meat. But I was told that they were out of them but they could make me a cheeseburger with bacon on it. That told me right there that it just came frozen and prepackaged.
Then my niece was with me and we order the kids meal for her and they were out of apple slices for her meal. My brother in law had a mug of beer and they came back later with a refill and they brought two cups out instead saying they were out of mugs currently. There were only 6 people sitting at the bar, yet they were out of mugs for people.
Another group beside us called the manager out and he offered to take 10% off their bill because of the slow service they were also receiving. Would not recommend coming here on a weekday. You will only get slow service, no stock of anything, and all around would have preferred to go to the McDonald's right next to it sadly.

Waitress very friendly, quick service! All in group had the buffet. Was good and hot. Put new pizzas out frequently. Highly recommend!

The food has always been exceptional every time I've been here with my family or a group of friends. Beer is always cold and the food is always hot and ready to be eaten.
Tonight I ate dinner with family here, and the server took it to the next level...Excellent, excellent, service...Did I say say he was excellent..Next time your hear ask for Ryan.
