I was happy with the answers I got from the agents at Senior Connection and the things that were covered. Medicare can be a bit confusing. But the knowledgeable staff led by Gina Downs provided stellar customer service. We discussed all the different options and benefits that were provided and she answered any questions I had, not matter what it was. The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. They are really good at explaining everything. I would highly recommend Senior Connection to everyone.
