Firstly the hotel staff from management to housekeeping to restaurant ,all are welcoming and will do everything possible to make your stay comfortable and pleasant , whether your stay is one of the shortest term basis or an extended term basis. Both of which I have experienced at this hotel. Conviently located a literal stones throw from downtown El Paso, Texas and an equal distance from the heart of El Centro, Juárez México,This ideal location can't be beat. For the truly novice Spanish speaking person from North of the border ,as I am, I recommend Hotel Santa Fe, as the welcoming Mexican experience that you are sure to appreciate

Clean and friendly. Very helpful with good information. Has WiFi. Has its own restaurant and bar. Very nice. You can also pay in dollars and get dollars as change. but don't stay to long. Americanos not liked all that much. No respect.
