Best BBQ in the city! 1/2 Slab w/sauce on the fries..my personal favorite! Expect a crowd on weekends!

Excellent ghetto barbeque, get the sauce on the fries! Everyone was nice, even humorous, great experience. More than one White person waitinv for ribs, usually very crowded, but thats most of the fun! The black people here are friendly and funny, everyones hungry! Worth the wait.

Went to Vicki's a couple weeks ago, they were sold out of rib tips, I had my taste buds prepared for the next Detroit visit. Went today and the rib tips weren't that great, not tender at all and the sauce was like watered down ketchup! Don't know what all hype was about but I give them 2 stars just because it's a African American owned business. I ate a tip and a half and couldn't eat anymore. If you're interested in good barbecue try the Rib ShacK in Saginaw Michigan.

The sauce is still bangin' but the wait is ridiculous. They should project the crowd based on previous sales data and cook the ribs accordingly. They have great food and it has been consistent but they have to ramp up the service time.
