Went here for breakfast with out of town family. I was very disappointed. We had dirty utensils and when we mentioned it to the waitress she acted like it was nothing. There were 6 of us and everyone had at least one utensil that was dirty. She gathered it up and brought us some more which had a few dirty utensils still. The food was okay but the home fries were not cooked enough. The potatoes were still hard. No apologies at all. The food was Okay, but I don't think I would go back.also, no handicap door either. A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! There are so many restaurants in Windsor, so we will take out of town visitors somewhere else next time.

Food is absolutely delicious and the staff treat you like family. I love coming here for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Definitely recommend this place!!

Food was great, for the low cost.
Service wasn't the best. Waitresses seemed to be rushed. Asked for what I wanted to drink once we sat down and my drink was never refilled.
Advertised for free wifi but it didn't even work.
My boyfriend has a nut allergy and as soon as we sat down we discovered the condiments had nuts, so I simply asked if she could clean the table for us. So she proceeded to clean with her dirty towel she used everywhere else.

Have eaten there several times at different times of day and have never been disappointed
I hear they have been in business for over 30 years that says a lot!
Good location close to downtown and university.
Wifi is handy during a meal by yourself
Can't beat their breakfast and soups, boasted chicken is yummy!

I stopped by Skippy's this afternoon for brunch. I had ordered a ham and cheese omelette, with white toast, hash browns with onions and an Iced Tea to drink. I had received a coke to drink, which the waitress had given to my boyfriend and me the orange juice that he had ordered. When my breakfast came, I was given cold and non-buttered toast and the end of a piece of fruit that could not be eaten. The waitress was very very short and seemed to be pre-occupied with somethings else and took no care to our order. I also thought the music was too loud because I was unable to hear what my boyfriend was saying across from me.
I think this place has great potential. The happy atmosphere was perfect for the 50s theme, and the price wasn't too high for a two person breakfast meal. (22.57$) I think with more care into each consumer is need for every time satisfaction.
