I have been a customer since 2008. I went to the bank to withdraw money today because I needed smaller bills. The teller literally told me I can use the atm next time. I'm not sure what her purpose of telling me that was. I took it as a rude comment considering today is not her first time seeing me.
I suggest you do something about the atm only dispensing 20 dollar bills. I would rather use the ATM than deal with some of the employees at this location.
The last time I had a question about charges on my account, a different employee told me to call customer service or go to the location in Dearborn where I opened the account for some ridiculous reason.
My experience the past 6-9 months at this location have been inconvenient. No one addresses me by name. The level of professionalism is low.Your employees could be more courteous.
