Very friendly staff. Always a smile on everyone's face and willing to go the extra mile to help. I always enjoy coming down to the roostertail as the views are breathtaking

Went here for prom and it was great. The only problem was I ordered a vegetarian meal and didn’t receive it. I ended up with a plate of meat, but my date ate it for me and I just ate our veggie sides. The chaos of bringing out all the meals at once is what I think caused the problem, but it was a really great venue and a really great experience overall.

We didn't end up choosing Roostertail as our venue (because of a logistical issue), but we really enjoyed the best of service from Nicole D'Onofrio. She was super friendly, down-to-earth, and was able to help us understand a lot about setting up for a wedding. This place is first class, and Nicole is a rockstar!

Thank you so much to the Roostertail staff and especially the fabulous Shawna Peplinski for making our wedding a dream come true. We were married 8/5 and Shawna worked tirelessly to keep everything moving seamlessly. She is the definition of a professional. Our guests raved about the food, the lighting, and of course the beautiful view. We will recommend the Roostertail to everyone we meet. Thanks again!!
