Cool dive bar, but definitely not dive bar prices. Bartenders weren't that friendly or efficient. No greeting, eye contact or "thank you." It's a cool venue with a huge backyard lot which must be why the drinks are so expensive-- gotta pay property taxes somehow.

Awesome spot. Maybe it was just that particular night but the dj could of been better with his music choices. Was playing some really great house then jumped right into Keisha for example. Love this place. 9/16 1:40 am

Terrible server. We had a pre-planned, large party of 12 that arrived at 6:30 p.m. on a Thursday. There were possibly 8 other patrons in the entire bar when we arrived She proceeded to insult the members of our party for the majority of our visit, saying that else were driving out her locals when there were less than 10 people there. We stayed for about 20 minutes and left. She proceeded to tell us that we were not buying enough alcohol that entire time. What's worse is that she saw I was a veteran and still treated me this way.

I love love love love the Old Miami. It's old school charm and large outdoor patio and garden area make this place a cozy hidden gem in Detroit. I love coming here for a relaxing drink to catch up with friends everytime I visit.

This place is kind of a rite of passage. It's not for everyone but everyone needs to experience it at least once. Their music stage hosts some of the best local artists and their outdoor backyard is where it's at. Come when the weather is nice (there's a fire going on fall and spring nights) if you're coming for the first time.
