Worst experience. Used restroom and while I was there , a cook came in and Used restroom and didn't wash his hands went back and I noticed he was running the fryer. Even had a bunch of uncovered facial hair. Looked like he ain't bathed in monthes. Nasty as he'll. Not to mention ride service

Fresh, never frozen. But it really makes for a good double cheese. Really don't like the French fries, wish they would bring the fat ones back.

The chicken things are good, not the nuggets but the.... Can't remember what they call them, like little chicken breasts you can dunk in sausage.

The drive thru chick cashier on Euclid in des moines about 11am deserves a raise cause she is on it. Never screws up my order.

Stood in line for over 10 minutes and Noone ever took my order. Good thing though, it made it really easy to leave when others had been waiting even longer to get their order. Ruined a lunch break.....

Had the wrost service ever tonight. Place was a mess and no one ever came out to sweep or wipe down tables. Women who took our order never gave us our recepit or cups(which others complained about too). Took forever to get our food which was just a salad,2 bacon burgers and 2 frostys. Kept getting excuses and even one of the employes blamed his coworker(the women at the register) for not taking the order right which is bad customer service and shows how disorganised they are and how much they have faith in there store. I was not the only one who recieved bad service tonight. Several people never got there cups,receipts,or food in time. One women had to speak to a manager just to get her food whivh is ridiculous considering how long she spent waiting. As someone who worked in the fast food bussiness before and with my manager expiernce is the pass i would say all those teenagers working tonight not doing their jobs and blamming others need more training or to be replaced with workers who actually want to be there. Service was so bad it ruined my night as a pregnant mom all i wanted was some food not to stand and wait for my food nearly 25 minutes! Staff needs to pay attention to their order screens and customers not only in drove thru but out in lobby!!! Will be calling manager in morning,something needs to be done.

Placed our order and had to wait about 20 minutes for our food. Cashier was new but doing his best. When he asked for help the other staff were rude and yelled at him. They expected way too much of him on his first day. Not sure what happened to our order. They had to see my receipt and make it from my receipt after waiting 15 minutes. Not really any apology for the wait. Also noticed we were charged for our "free" frosty (had keychain tag) but didn't even bother addressing that. Very disappointed. Usually better service.
