Great food, great drinks, great atmosphere. They have a nice outside patio area and the staff has always been friendly. It's not a place to go dancing, but If you want to meet friends for drinks and something to eat, this is one of the best places in town.

Smells like literal garbage. Need to fix plumbing or not put trash in front of fan. Bar is all that people sit at when the place gets less busy but that's where the smell is. If you have a bartender you know, it's great.

Awesome trivia on Tuesday nights. 2-for-1 after 9 on Tuesdays. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff.

Service is great, food is what you'd expect. Patio is nice and it's not far from my house, so it's a frequent stop.
Update: only two times recently, I've had trouble with service. Just today, I stopped in, looking for a quick burger and beer, them back to the house for yard work.
I sat at a table, the place was mostly empty. Waitress didn't see my come in, walked past me at my table, spent time chatting with patron at bar, talked with bartender, then got a drink for someone else. All while I'm sitting at table, lol, staring at her, trying to get her to come over.
Alas, after not too many minutes (more than 5, less than 10), I walked out, passing waitress on the way... Still, zero recognition that I was in the bar, and now leaving, reviewing zero service.
Very strange.

Wellman's is a popular location to get your fill of drinks, bar food and slightly random assortment of appetizers and entrees. With an outdoor and rooftop patio equipped with a fountain and string lights, anyone looking for a fun happy hour, night out in West Glen or an upbeat date night would have some fun here.
Servers are quick and responsive and there are three bars on premise for your convenience. TVs across the walls inside and out also make this a pretty good sports bar.
One thing to keep in mind, the bar gets slammed around the times you would assume (Thursday through Saturday after 9) and especially on holidays where drinking is common.
