Not my favorite Sushi bar in Des Moines but certainly one of the best. They have Turo more often than my local place.. Maybe Miyabi 9 should be my favorite. Tough call.

This is absolutely my favorite sushi restaurant in the area. Their sushi might be the best I've ever tasted, very good quality.

Best sushi restaurant in Des Moines, hands down! Make sure you order the avocado salad. You will not be disappointed.

Lots more competition in the sushi arena here in Des Moines since Miyabi opened, but it's still my top choice. Through the years, Mike has refined the menu, keeping the favorites, while rotating in new and different options. We try to move around the menu each time we go, but have never gone without the Volcano roll. Very tasty!

This is my go-to for sushi in Des Moines. The staff is friendly and does a great job. The presentation is always a work of art!
