Freaky fast this store is not! Our office has had several orders over the last 2 1/2 months which have taken much longer than expected to arrive. Can take up to an hour to get your order and manager nor delivery drivers don't really seem to care. The sandwiches aren't that good to wait for an hour!

Pretty much your standard Jimmy John's. Solid sandwiches at good prices. One of the few chains you'll find in the East Village.

On 3/7 I ordered a full boxed lunch with a drink only to have the drink not arrive with the meal. Next day 3/8 I decided to order for myself and a coworker I paid with card she with cash. For her order she wanted a BLT on sliced bread the lady taking the order had issues hearing me part technical difficulties part really loud music playing in the background that even I could over hear. I asked if she had sliced bread multiple times because my coworker would like a BLT on sliced bread and she said yes french or wheat I asked co worker and she had requested french. I asked about my drink that wasn't sent last time if it was credited back she said it wasn't but still offered to send it which did happen. Fast forward to the meal. My coworker's sandwich was on sub french bread she called back to complain and the manager who answered saying that I didn't request sliced bread etc. The night started alright but the attitude about when a misunderstanding happened (due to loud music and possible technical difficulties) she was in complete denial about getting the order wrong. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Mistakes happen but its the process in correcting them that matters most. Myself and my coworker will no longer recommend them after this. Try Planet Sub instead.
