A bit off the path of the east village makes this place easy to get into... but they consistently serve amazing, creative, well balanced dishes. Great cocktails.

We will definitely be eating here again. Heirloom tomato BLT with local tomatoes from Grinnell Heritage Farm was amazing.

If you want the freshest seafood in Des Moines, this is the place. The owner has fresh seafood shipped in every day and the wine menu is one of the best in downtown Des Moines. I've tried almost everything and I've never been disappointed.

I have stayed here on many occasions and wish I could always stay longer. Wonderfully clean and nice staff. Sherry the bartender is magnificent. Excellent at conversation and really knows how to treat people to make them feel special. Drinks are good, strong, and made withg expertise. Great location to just about anywhere you want to go downtown
