It's absolutely terrible!! We just left there after standing inline for 20 minutes to be told we can't use a card then to be told there was a sighn that was on the floor,you can't be serious right ? That's how your going to run uour store that's just Ridiculous and the fact that the employees couldn't even keep up do to being short staffed if you can't run a fast food joint properly you should maybe do something to change that it's just sad to see it ran that way when it is in fact a Business for people to enjoy their lunch dinner or breakfast

went thru drive-thru. saw her fill my cup with regular coke, when she handed it to me, i told her i had asked for diet coke. she said it WAS diet coke. and it wasn't. i didnt argue. when i got home, i noticed they had forgotten the dipping sauce. i ate my chicken tenders with ketchup i had at home. of the 5 pieces i had, two were edible. there are other options for fast food in the area, thank goodness.

Kind of slow during busy times but the food is good. Saturday morning is a busy time but Sunday morning was very slow.

We're excited to buy two of the latest special for $5. Double cheeseburger, hot dog, fries, pop, and a COOKIE!
Weren't many in line before us, but acted like sloths working at the DOT in a bunny movie.
Waited 20 minutes for the food. Fries were somewhat cool, but the hot dogs were COLD. Like right from the fridge feeling. So.. not fresh or hot.
Cookie was amazing.
Decided the drive- thru had to be faster, so ordered to-go food from it. The first thing we ordered was the cookies. Clarified only two, not four. No problem they said.
Problem.
Get home. NO COOKIE AT ALL!
Problem.
No receipt located.
No problem.
We will never go back. Manager was snotty, yelling no cookies-got the receipt? Probably had it in his hand. Didn't even know yet we didn't.
Want my cookie but never going back.

The burger was nice and juicy but it took a while to be served. Cashier/asst manager was not professional talking to other workers so loud and laughing at same time taking orders from clients. Clive , Iowa .
