Real Cuban food! I ordered the restaurant namesake, the Ceviche plate and it was fantastic. The servers were professional and personable, and the cocktails are top-notch!

This is a lovely breakfast spot with charming staff and delectable food. It's a bit pricey, but the dishes are very high quality.

Great service and atmosphere. The food has been a work in progress since they first opened. I consider myself a connoisseur of ceviche and I really was disappointed in the flavor when they first opened. I gave it another try this last week and was very happy with the flavor! The recipe is right on and the fish they are using now is so much better. Also glad to see the ropa vieja on the menu now. It's nice that they also have a patio open. I will be visiting here much more frequently now.

Hidden gem in East Village Des Moines, IA. Friendly staff, great drink menu, and the food...oh man. I grew up in South Florida and since moving to the Midwest I've missed that Cuban flavor. Ceviche has flavor and flare.
We had the Ceviche and Plantains for our appitizers and Mojitos to start. The main course was a Cuban sandwich with black beans and rice. Switched my drinks to the Havana Mule. After dinner you can enjoy some Flan and a Cohiba on the patio next to some parakeets and a plastic flamingo. Great Salsa music was playing to help create the atmosphere. Bottom line two thumbs up.

Buenísimo, placed reservations with Tanya and she had everything prepared at our couples night table. I ordered in flowers for the ladies with us, and the flowers were placed at our table before we got there, which we appreciated since we wanted to surprise them. The drinks, appetizers, entrees, and dessert all satisfied as well as our lively attendant did. We were well served and entertained for the night that were stayed till closing. The coziness of the atmosphere and smooth Latin music as well as the genuine appreciation of the staff made us place Ceviche bar at the top of the list for getting together night with our friends. Thank you Tanya for your ability to make us returning patrons. I very much recommend others to experience the same for themselves here.
