I think the botox they use is very old or they do not use the amount of units that they say they are using. the botox lasted less then 3 months and had a faint change in my skin. The staff was super nice...to bad the product was not.

After a very long year of financial hardship and putting myself last, I finally decided to do something for myself, and bought a groupon to BARElaser. (Ive had Botox numerous times elsewhere, and only ever had 30 units). After my consultation we decided we would do 40 units this time. Knowing that it takes about 2 weeks for it to fully set in, I waited and trusted the process. After 3 weeks my forehead was "frozen" in some areas, but had weird movement in others. (More movement than I've had in the past, with more units) 🤔. I called in, and they told me to come by so they could look. When I met with her, she said she would put 10 more units in, no big deal. Then as I was checking out, she said "that's $110." I paid, not wanting to seem cheap or make a scene in front of other patients. I felt sick to my stomach as I left, because I wasn't anticipating that money being used for that. Had I known, or been told in a consultation, I wouldn't have been able to do the additional injections. I called Pam (office manager) and explained the situation, but also said I understood she had used product and performed a service, so I absolutely wasn't expecting it for free. Asked her if she could understand and maybe refund half? She rudely told me to come by and she would give me cash. When I walked in, we greeted each other. She gave me $50 cash and I said "I really appreciate you working with me and understanding..." she then cut me off and said " Yeah Kayla, were not in the business of free Botox. We don't do that here. So for future services you're going to need to go elsewhere." I then said "I've paid you $350 and wasn't looking for anything free. That's why I didn't ask for a full refund (for the second visit). I just wish this could've been discussed better in a consultation." She Then said " yeah, were good... Bye Kayla". (In the most condescending voice I've ever heard). Not only did I not get my desired results, but Pam insulted and embarrassed me in front of other patients. I'm a loyal customer to anyone in the service industry, especially since I work in the same industry and am big on referrals! I will definitely be sharing my experience and steering people away from here!

Pam has been very informative and professional. I am impressed by how she runs her business. I have only had two toenail treatments so far, but I like how she discusses realistic expectations and what she does herself.

Pam.
Pam is very nice, very knowledgeable and she is honest about what to expect from treatments. She told me fractional CO2 would probably not be enough to remove my facial scarring but that she could do it if I wanted. We did the procedure since it was so affordable and it helped but I did truly need an ablative CO2. I have since had the procedure done at a clinic with an ablative laser but I applaud Pam for being up front with me about my expectations.
She was nothing but kind and attentive not only during, but after the procedure as well. The laser work was top notch for fractional, I had spot treatments but had absolutely zero lines of demarcation or discoloration... it was performed flawlessly. Pam was an integral part of my scar revision journey and I will be forever grateful for the role she played!

Service - awesome. Friendliness - I didn't want to leave, I was having so much fun. Professionalism - excellent. They're so knowledgeable and really listen. I bought the absolute best skin care products form them that I've ever used. After 3 months on these products I can't believe the difference. I've tried almost everything out there, so I know when a product really works. I highly recommend them!
