These guys/gals are the best and i trust them with my most expensive pieces for all repairs, services and more. Down to earth, top notch customer service, competitive pricing and a great venue on the 16th Street Mall.
Ask for Mike (I'm sure he is the super nice gentleman mentieoned below) and their watch tech Jeff is the man!

I brought in an engagement ring to get resized that had to be done by a certain day. They were able to rush my order (at no extra charge) and it was actually done a day earlier than they promised! Which anyone with a new engagement ring know, every day without it counts. :)They were very friendly and the ring looks and fits great. Don't let the look of the shop fool you, they do great work!

A+ customer service. Shane helped my fiancé and me create our engagement ring and we plan to work with him on our wedding bands. Shane knows his stuff - he was able to answer all of our questions (my fiancé is an engineer so he had a lot of questions about the process lol) and he helped to make our dream ring a reality. Mike was also helpful when I brought in some silver jewelry to have cleaned. Every time I come in, the customer service is excellent and I look forward to working with these guys in the future too.

Friendly staff and reasonably priced. My Husband took my wedding/engagement ring in for repair and to have them welded together. My ring looks brand new! We will always come back.
