I really like this place, every time I've come here the bartenders are friendly n always makn sure your not waitn on a drink. Good place to chill.

Great, modern Mexican food. Almost too cool to be in Belmar, but glad it's here when I am on the west side of town. The carnitas tacos are the bomb

Very nice place to go and unwind. Enjoyed sitting there and chatting with other patrons and staff. Food was great. Atmosphere was great. Wasn't in a hurry to make it anywhere, either. Very relaxing for us. Service was very good. Will be back again. Just a nice place to go and veg for a while.

Does not give chips and salsa for free. Costs an extra $4 for a very small serving. Staff was not very friendly and environment was not welcoming. Al pastor burrito was OK at best. Meat was very dry and tough. Burrito was also a pretty small size and did not have a great flavor. I would have rather gone to qdoba and got a burrito twice the size for a couple dollars less.

My boyfriend and I both ordered taco salads. I had the very dry carne asada, he got the very raw grilled chicken.
While I managed to eat my salad, my boyfriend couldn't eat his and was almost physically ill due to the raw chicken.
We didn't send back the food because after making our salads the "chef" came out of the kitchen to have a bite and a large beer, and I didn't want someone under the influence to attempt to cook chicken.
We may make another attempt at eating here, but the cooking and prep needs to be a lot better.
