Just went there to get the two chorizo for 4 bucks deal. They are supposed to be open at 0730 am. I get there at 0732 and the lights are off doors locked and someone is waiting at the drive thru which should be open at 0730.
At 0735 they drive away.
I drove slightly out of my way so I drive up and knock on the drive thru window. I see someone but the walk to the back.
Then i see two people pull up and they are waiting at the front door. So I park and join them at the front door.
The staff inside finally open the door at about 0740 am.
Both have an angry look on their face like we are doing something wrong.
We order. They say they cant make hash browns because the fryer isnt out. They also tell a lady they cant fill her order for the same reason.
Then I get to my car to eat my breakfast burritos and they are ice cold.
Like everything was taken out if the refrigerator.
This place is in a nice neighborhood by Macys.
Never again. Ill go to the Del Taco all the way over on Tower Rd by the Walmart before I go to this place again.

We went her for lunch on Sun. We waited at the drive through for 10 mins before someone helped us. We ordered 1 del taco, a quesadilla and chips and salsa and a drink. We then sat at the window another 5 mins before anyone came to the window for money. She was extremely rude. My husband asked for hot sauce all she said was k, and we didnt get any sauce at all. The chips were so stale they were probably a few days old. For such a nice area this place sucked and the employees need to find non customer service jobs. Thankfully we disnt get food poisoning.

Lol it's amazing what people try to get away with. Ordered fries and guess what they were cold. Couldn't commutate well as they knew little English.

Staff needs to pick it up! I've been there 3 times and every time my order has been wrong! (More English speaking employees would be nice)

Food is cheap and tastes okay. Just go there for a cheap, and what used to be quick place to pick up some food. The people who used to work nights there were quick and friendly. The staff now is rude, inattentive and slow. Had a simple order yesterday and at the window they had to ask what we ordered again because the mixed the sequence of their orders up, then asked to pull to the side to wait. 6 minutes later, the 3 cars behind us had already all left with their food and they just had brought ours out. Good thing we checked the bag because they forgot 2 items. I went in to get them (point of a drive-through is to not have to park and go in) and the people working inside were just as rude to each other as they are to the customers. the items were sitting on the counter and they just forgot to put them in the bag. Don't think I'll be going back as I can't stand rude people in the service industry and "fast" food shouldn't take that long.
