I ordered food to go. Three things...the chili cheese fries were cold. I didn't get my chicken sandwich! Called back said "opps" sorry didn't get in the bag. There was only three items! My fault for not checking my bag! Called them to "complain" said come back and we will give you free fries. I don't want free fries!! I want my sandwich!

Great burgers for the price! Huge portions of fried mushrooms and sweet potato fries. Friendly staff, good service, very clean! Sports on the TV, it's a good place to bring the family.

Went in last night and was the ONLY person in there, and after being told it would take 15 minutes to get my single cheeseburger and fries, multiple people came in while my food was cooking, and were served multiple meals and left while I was still left waiting. I ended up getting my food after waiting an unnecessary 30 minutes (being the first order) with no apology or explanation from the girl behind the counter. No customer service skills whatsoever. I can go a thousand other places within a couple miles for a better burger for the same price and less wait time at sit-down restaurants. Will not be eating here again.

I personally think this is my newest, favorite burger joint! We passed this place a couple of times, but never went in. They serve a variety of options, and I thought the burger was pretty delicious. The fries aren't my favorite, but I like that there are a variety of sauces available, and a little bar to dress your burger. The reason I can't give 5 stars is because my husband found a long strand of hair in his burger. Luckily, the women were quick to remake his food, and I was completely stuffed. I will definitely be going back!

I've been here twice now and have not been disappointed. The $2+ tax beers are a real plus side but of course the food is pretty damn good. I enjoyed the Swiss and Mushroom Burger this time around, I plan to go back many more times
