I have ordered from here twice. Once I got buffalo wings with literally no buffalo sauce (I wanted buffalo sauce when I ordered buffalo wings), and cold crappy pizza. The second time I got cheesy bread with no cheese. That's not an exaggeration. It was literally just baked crust. I work in a large downtown building and have a lot of stories from coworkers getting wrong and messed up orders, but my 2/2 is enough. How these two things could even happen, especially the cheesy bread, is completely beyond me. At minimum, someone had to bake the dough circle with no cheese, then someone had to put it in a box for delivery, never noticing/caring that it was bare crust? lol

I've ordered here quite a few times and never understood the 3 star rating. Well today, I met Robert, and I get it. Their website and what they charge you are two totally different prices. 28.00 online for a big daddy 26" The white.(see picture uploaded today 8/31/2017) quoted 37.99 over the phone. When I asked why there was a difference, Robert told me I was the one who was wrong. Imagine my surprise. I was at a friend's house nearby and decided I would walk in, to show them their website and see what would happen. Hoping at least to get the website updated. I was again told, by Robert who is some kind of a manager, get this, -I'm the one who's wrong-. With their website up in my hand. Had I been treated with any amount of courtesy or respect by the man that runs this business, I would have purchased some cheesy goodness. Instead I'll have to settle for chipotle again.

Ordered once and it was delivered on time, but the food was delivered incorrectly made. Half cheese, half pepperoni and bacon. Waited over 50 minutes for return delivery, while waiting on hold to ask "what's up?" And I kept getting. Thrown on hold until I had to keep calling back to get an answer. Spoke to a manager lady that was so frustrated and confused that she just got rude and belligerent "-I don't know what you want me to do. You just keep calling to complain about pizza and we're not sending another driver out. We're very busy." She didn't want to listen to me even as I told her , I didn't need another pizza or another driver, I NEEDED HER TO LISTEN. She wanted to bring the pizzas in to her so you know what, here's your pictures. The second one was even messed up too as the cheese side, for me, was than a third of the whole thing. You want proof, lady? How about these. I'm not here trying to be a dick. I get it, you're busy as hell. But I've been waiting all goddamn night to eat and you're being very rude. Someone better fire you yesterday.

The pizza is alright, but more often than not, specifically at this location, my order is messed up. Tonight when I purchased a pizza their music they were playing was way too loud, the cashier couldn't hear my order and I could barely hear her when talking to me. She also forgot how much change to give back to a different guest and asked him how much she owed him. Crazy, right? I prefer the Big Daddy's on Wadsworth but that location was kind of out of the way. Next time I'll just drive the extra 6 miles so I won't continue to be disappointed. Also, you may need a pocket knife or pizza cutter at home because these guys don't cut their pizzas all the way through, if anything they just score the center of the pizza? You've been warned. Decent pizza, not so decent service. (Also, Ian's near 20th and Blake in downtown has incredible NY style, gourmet pizza, little pricey though).
