This incident was on Tuesday September 12, 2017. The order was placed at roughly 10:30 am. I reached there around 10:45am. They asked me to wait till 11:15am. I waited till 11:45am and still they asked me to wait for 15 more minutes. I had other things to take care so I left and came back at roughly 1PM. Still the food is not ready. I got the food at 1:30 Pm. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. Total time I had to wait for the food was about 2 hours and 30 minutes. The management should really take this matter seriously as time is very precious and no one wants to wait for that long. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Wasn't the fresh Ingredients I was expecting and the staff wasn't the most friendly. Felt awkward. Could've been an off day

There are currently 2 people working there, the guy seems fine, although he doesn't speak English, so he can't take orders very well and I spent 15 minutes standing there while he tried to work the register one day because the lady that works there was gone the entire time taking out the trash apparently.
Today I went down to get a salad, stood there for roughly 10 minutes while the guy was standing behind the preparation area doing nothing, and the lady couldn't take 30 seconds from doing whatever she was doing to take my order, so I walked out. I've talked to a few other people in my office who just don't go there for lunch anymore because it's not worth the hassle.
