Took way too long because the employees where too busy hanging out and talking with one another that we had to ask for sauce four times before he even heard us cause we raised our voices. Order extra cheese on my sandwich barely any cheese on it. Worst customer service ever I will drive to the other side of town for Arby's from now on.

Ordered two regular roast beef sandwiches, 2lg fries, 1 med fry, 2 roast beef sliders, 2 buffalo chicken sliders, one large drink. Paid $20+ for all of this. What we recieved was 2 med fries, 1 lg., and the two regular roast beef sandwiches($4 each) ended up being "kid meal sized"(not $4 each sized). My son paid and decided he didn't want to give anyone a hard time about the order. Then...We found a hair. A shiny, med. length, black hair.
So,we just piled it all up and tossed it. Went to the restroom and what did we see...? More black hairs.
So, we won't be back to this location.

This is a very good store. I always find it very clean. The food is very good. Free refills. The staff is always eager to help. I highly recommend having lunch here.

Well first of all they couldn't get the order right, at all! I ask for fresh chicken on my chicken sandwich and they dropped fish. So instead of it taking the 5 mins I was willing to wait for fresh chicken it doubled cause no one was paying attention to the customer. Won't visit this Arby's again. And no I didn't ring the bell.
