These guys really know how to turn a poor experience into a great experience and win over a customer. I purchased two vape pen cartridges from this dispensary and both turned out to be defective. I initially had a hard time exchanging these defective cartridges at the store, however, I was able to speak with one of the store managers who was awesome and made the situation right. She went out of her way to directly reach out to me after reading my initial review and helped me replace both defective cartridges. I've shopped at this dispensary in the past and I've also had good experiences with the quality of the flower they sell as well. The manager, Erika, was super helpful and really nice about everything. The manager, Rob, also was great when I went in to exchange the cartridges. They both took the time to make the situation right and because of this Northern Lights has won my business when I'm in their neighborhood.

This is a super chill place that feels relaxing and not stressful. It is pretty classy compared to some of the other dispensaries. It is clean and brightly lit. As soon as you walk in the desk woman is so friendly and welcoming. The person we had help us was, friendly, nice, and informative. It was a great atmosphere. Definitely would go back!

Nice clean well kept place.. A little pricey , but nice variety. I'm going to go back time to time.

Great prices, the woman behind the counter was very helpful and suggested her favorite strains and edibles to me. They also have a pretty valuable loyalty program that's easy to sign up for. Will definitely go here again.

I have been a member here with my medical card for a year and will probably not stop even after I move further away. Worth the drive! The staff here is fabulous!! They are so friendly and the store is new and always clean. They always have so many choices and tons of things in stock. I don't have one bad thing to say.
