Been in the limo industry a LONG time, and with Transcap for many years. Honestly the most ill run company I have ever had to deal with. My agent has changed 3 times due to their high turnover rate. They mark up the insurance ENORMOUSLY for broker fees. Their negligence almost put me out of business. They absolutely do not care about anything but making a dollar. Stay away!
