Barb,Cindy, and Leslie were completely on top of our move from NY to Denver and made the transition easy and seamless from homeowners insurance to car insurance and more. Most importantly, they were kind and gracious- a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Barb and her staff were a big help in working with me on a hail claim in May and a total accident claim on the same car in October. I highly recommend Barb for any personal insurance needs.

We have been with State Farm for many years and with Barb since 2002. We have had excellent service from Barb, Cindy and everyone in her office. We no longer live in Denver but continue to use Barb for our rental property there. Highly recommend!!!

Over the past 16 years or so I've been with Barb Frank, Cindy and Sheila (not counting a few years break in there when I moved to NYC and went car-less). More and more I have grown to feel that these delightful people are family. Recent work on my car due to hail-damage went beautifully. Every time I have need for them they come through with consistent flying colors! Everything is always seamless and dare I say, enjoyable! Not a word you hear often with insurance stories! Wanting to be sure I was getting the best deal I recently shopped around with other companies. It made me sad to think of possibly leaving but thought I might get a better deal money-wise and didn't want to be sentimental. Bottom line, I'm staying with these kind professionals- tried and true friends who watch out for my best interests and who make doing business with them easy and fun.
