John and the Lightship Insurance team went above and beyond to help us settle our claim from an accident with another party. Nearly a year had past with no settlement. The Lightship team helped our family recover the outstanding rental car charges. Thanks again John and your team!!

Fantastic customer service. I worked with John. He was thorough, helpful, kind and he did everything he could to help me out and to point me in the best direction. The greatest part for me, was being able to call the phone number and have a human answer the phone! Customer service is how you keep and build business. Lightship is doing it right. I highly recommend contacting them if you have any insurance needs and you can expect to be treated as a top priority with personalized attention dedicated to you. Thank you again John!

Best insurance company I've ever worked with. They're efficient, and respond quickly to all of our requests for insurance coverage and Certificates of Insurance for our business. Brenda and John are always right there to help, and I only wish I'd found them sooner.
