Jim Kinney went above and beyond to help me with my auto claim. He was genuinely concerned about any injuries and made sure I understood the process of filing a claim. Not only did he help me through the process, he followed up to make sure everything went well. Great customer service... thank you!

Jim is the best agent you could ask for. I had serious hail damage on my house and he was there to help me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend doing business with Jim Kinney.

I have worked with Jim and Chris for the past year and every interaction has been professional, timely, and seriously fun! They stay in communication with their insureds and are always on their side. Jim also lives close to his office, so not only are you doing local business, but he's literally your neighbor too (not like G**co where you have no agent and business is sent through a corporate office with no face!). Also, if there's ever anything you need but Jim isn't available, Chris is always there. He's a pleasure to chat with - seriously always a smile even on rough days- and he works so hard to get everything done for you. I've more recently met Leia, their new full-time addition, and she is so bright and cheerful whenever I'm in the office.

Transferred my car insurance and renters policy from a different Allstate agent to Jim, and I have to say my experience has been significantly better. Glad I made the change!
