Erin is very helpful and keeps in touch with me about any updates occurring with each renewal. She is always trying to find ways to keep my rates low. She never forget to check back in with me and takes the time to be personal and involved with what is going on in my life. I feel like I'm not just another payment.

The individual is highly professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Denise and all staff have always been professional and helpful. I have been able to get every question answered by either Denise or her team. You can trust that what they say is what they will do. I have been a client for 16 years and she makes it easy and I really trust her to give me the right advice.

Spoke with a very competent agent for a long time, figuring out the best way to go with my auto and renters insurance. Decided to go with State Farm when I found they were $59. lower per month and had MUCH lower deductibles and better coverage ($0 deductible on comp and $100 on collision). The agent, who was very professional and nice when giving the quote, turned nasty on me, so I asked to speak to the owner, Denise Hoffman. She was worse, by far, and would not even let me speak. I couldn't believe how rude she was. The fangs really came out. Beware the owner. The agent later called me to apologize.
