Not at all what I expected! The staff is knowledgeable and they really seem to care about their regular donors. The facility is certainly reminiscent of the 1980's but always seems to be clean and well maintained. (Thank heaven for beige rather than Mauve and Wedgwood blue.)
They have a number of checks and balances to keep you, as well as the inevitable donor, safe. Bottomline, this place is a great link in a process that saves and improves lives. I have come to love this diverse staff, especially Victoria who is a stickler for standards.

The staff is always so nice and helpful. Victoria is always able to answer any of my questions and address any concerns I may have. This is by far the best plasma donation center I have ever donated at.

I really enjoy coming here it is really family orientated. I have been coming here for two years already. I have bought my kids bday presents and Christmas presents and it is very convenient. I have a job and just save my money when I come to donate. Very good place to come donate. Sheerae is a good person Elizabeth M. Sandra M. And a few more that are great in sticking the needle with no pain. Thanks

This is a great place to come. You get to help others and make some extra money. The bonuses they've had lately are amazing but not as amazing as Liz M. She's always so friendly and helpful.

They are great! Everyone is super nice and helpful. It takes a little long, but they have tons of people coming to donate. They are much better than CSL! I especially like Elsa, Nikki B. and James. They are always happy, efficient, and make this whole process much better!
