Poor communication and for sure take advantage of the college students. Forced, and way over priced meal plan. Sure it's nice if you have the money, but if you struggle to make it on your own, it's no fun. When I moved out, my friend and I worked for 5 hours to make sure the place was spotless. Not only did I have to clean my side, but my roommate moved out before me and didn't touch the broom. Didn't get anything from my security check.

I got kicked out because David (assistant manager) failed to contact me through email as we agreed on a 6-month lease ( I was on my last semester). So what happened was that my car got towed and I lost some of my possessions. Anyway, good luck to people who are loyal to regency.

If i could give this place negative stars, i would.
The managment is incredibly disrespectful and intrusive, there is no boundry for privacy. The maintenance is far beyond unreliable. This place should be torn down and the tenants should be refunded. DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will regret it within the first 30 days.

The only downgrade here is the food... it is atrocious, big downgrade from last year. The meal plans are no where near worth it. I would pay max 3 dollars a meal. These meals are extremely overpriced for the quality. People considering moving here should seriously second guess there potential decision. Soley based on the food...

I was trying to stay positive about the Regency, but in the end all they want is your money. They are greedy and don’t care about providing fair treatment. I was only given a quarter of my security deposit back after I moved about . I spent 2 hours cleaning my room before moving out and making sure it was way cleaner than when I moved into this place. They still sent me that they had to keep the rest of my security deposit for their private contractors to “Full paint of the bedroom, Common clean in the bedroom, Medium to Heavy clean in the bathroom” . They did not need to keep my security deposit to paint the bedroom or for the cleaning, I left my side of the room in better condition than when I moved in. This place doesn’t seem to care about students, just money. They charge a large amount for their meal plan that is mandatory. The walls are thin and allow you to hear all the noise from around you, which sometimes was inappropriate noise. It becomes a party spot on the weekends, so good luck trying to sleep. If your planning on moving here, plan on spending a lot of money! I am left with a bad impression because of the fact that the Regency hasn’t been helpful in resolving my issues. The rent is extremely high for what you get, which a double unit is basically a hotel room with a roomate. Sorry but I won’t be recommending the Regency after my deposit was kept from me and the experience I had while living there.
