I had to wait 2 weeks for an appt. when I went in, I also had an ear infection or 2, they wanted me to make another appt so he could check it out omg. Then I asked to refill a prescription I had with kaiser a couple of years ago and he asked me to bring proof I was taking it so I had to go to kaiser to get my report. He listens to you but he doesn't pay attention a his stays never relays messages. I have waited a week for him to call me back and nada. On to of it all I went in do my high blood pressure and he prescribed me phenteine to lose weight that's a heart attack waiting to happen. Some great doctor! I do not recommend him at alll

I have called 4 times to have the doctor call me back after receiving meds for high blood pressure. This is crazy. no one will call me back. I think it is time to change my doctor

The staff are mostly professional and friendly. However scheduling is not good. I have called several times to get my medications refilled and I have now run out of meds they refused to listen when I said I was going to be out of town and needed to keep my appointment time. I called to schedule another appointment for when I return and they won't be in the office for over a week. My insurance will end before then. So good thing my meds aren't life or death.

Dr. Munoz is one of the best doctors I have had in ages! The office is nice and clean the staff is very helpful and kind! I have been going to Munoz for about 2 years now and I don't plan on changing my doctor ever!

Went here for my annual physical. Checked in, gave my insurance, was told that my annual physical would be covered. Nurse practitioner took me back, was with me 70% of appointment. Doctor came in briefly and it was all done... I thought. I soon discovered a bill for $257.00 in my mailbox. Centura claims that since it was my first time, it did not count as an annual physical. All I wanted was to set up a doctor if I got sick, and it cost me almost $300. I will fight the charges, but to even be charged that is insane. I have health insurance, they said I was covered. When I came back they had no sympathy for me, and couldn't help. Seems to me like it is business as usual
