First time purchasing anything from Berkeley Supply, could not be more pleased with my experience.
I purchased a Topo bag, and unfortunately got an email a couple days later about my order being canceled since the bag wasn't in stock. Being a little upset and assuming it was the standard automated email that nobody ever checks, I responded with a pretty short, somewhat rude email about the site not showing the bag out of stock.
I almost immediately got a response directly from Eli, the owner of the company.
Eli went above and beyond, and out of his way, to drive to the Topo warehouse, purchase one of the bags, and got it shipped out to me the next day. The bag arrived today, a day earlier than expected.
It's rare to deal with a company anymore that truly cares about the experience their customers have, and goes the extra mile to make that experience the best possible. Berkeley Supply is one of those rare companies, and any time I'm in the market to purchase something they carry, they'll get my business. Thanks again Eli!
